Mariam is interested in understanding how environmental factors such maternal linguistic input and the home literacy environment contribute to language development in monolingual and multilingual speakers with DLD and/or dyslexia.
As a clinician from the global south, Mariam is interested in increasing access, transparency, and diversification of science in communication sciences and disorders (CSD) through open science practices.
